I. AMG-Vision
To establish a Christ-centered church presence in every village across all provinces of Cambodia, so that the Good News of Jesus Christ may be faithfully proclaimed, heard, and lived out within every community.

II. AMG-Purpose
To facilitate meaningful integration between the Church and the community through evangelism, disciple-making, church planting, and initiatives that contribute to the improvement of living standards and the holistic well-being of communities.

III. AMG-Mission
To support local churches and communities in responding to the needs of the most vulnerable and impoverished individuals in various areas as needs arise. Furthermore, to strengthen the capacity, effectiveness, and sustainability of churches and communities through strategic partnerships, collaboration, and mutual support.

IV. AMG-Core Value
To collaborate with local churches and communities in achieving the objective of supporting the most impoverished and vulnerable individuals across various centers, responding to needs as they arise. We serve as facilitators, servants, and responsive partners, strengthening local capacity and encouraging effective collaboration to address community needs with compassion, dignity, and practical support.

V. AMG- Overall Goal
The primary objective is to create sustainable and lasting impact by reaching unreached children throughout Cambodia with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and establishing sustainable children’s ministry organizations that will continue to disciple, engage, and equip children and youth for Christ over the long term.

VI. AMG- Target Area
The target regions for AMG’s CP, KoD, and Leadership Training Course (Equipping Module) projects are the provinces of Kampot, Kep, and Takeo. Within these provinces, AMG works in partnership with local church leaders who serve as facilitators, evangelists, and trainers. Their primary responsibilities are to disciple individuals, equip emerging leaders, and establish new churches in remote and unreached communities. These local partners have received training, mentoring, and ongoing guidance from experienced AMG trainers, professors, and pastors. Through this collaborative approach, AMG seeks to strengthen local leadership capacity, promote sustainable discipleship, and facilitate the establishment of indigenous churches that can continue serving and reaching their communities.
